Conference Fee

InterFace: Humanities and Technologies is a non-profit effort to gather new researchers to discuss their future ideas for collaboration. 
There is a small conference fee associated with attendance of £40. The fee covers lunch and coffee for both days, dinner for the first evening (15th July) and relevant material that will be provided at the conference for the attendees. The payment system accepts payment for one person at a time.

Our payment system is hosted by the University of Warwick and can be found here:
 
Step 1 - Enter email address + click to payment:

Step 3 - Fill in payment details:
This page will appear slightly different depending on what card type you have selected as different cards. The image example has selected Mastercard. The Payment Reference Number is unique to each payment made.
  
Step 4 - Click submit and wait for confirmation email:
After clicking submit, you will be redirected back to this webpage. After 30 minutes, the warwick system will have processed your order and a confirmation email will be sent to the email to wrote in Step 1. If you have not received a confirmation email after an hour, please send us an email: contact@interface2010.org.uk 
 
Refund Policy:
Refunds are assessed on a case to case basis. The closer a refund request is made to the conference dates, the more difficult it will be to get a full refund. Having said that, we aim to be reasonable in our decision.
